What are these compounds intended for?
Laboratory research only. Products are not for human or veterinary use. Research summaries describe published compound studies, not clinical benefits or testing of the specific vials listed here.
How do quantity savings work?
Order 2 vials of the same listing for 5% off, or 3 or more for 10% off. The better eligible promo or quantity discount applies; discounts do not stack. Your final item prices appear in the cart.
Where is local pickup available?
Local pickup serves the Chicago–Milwaukee area. Enter your city and select pickup during checkout. Shipping is also available as an order-request option.
When will my order ship?
Orders and payment received before 3 p.m. Central Time, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), ship the same day. The cutoff applies once both your order and payment have been received. Shipping time is separate from delivery time.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because of the nature of research chemicals and the handling conditions they require, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except where required by law. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing, please contact support with your order number and any relevant photos so we can review the issue.
Does submitting an order charge me?
No. Checkout submits an order request and creates a receipt. Payment arrangements and any shipping charges are separate from the displayed merchandise subtotal. Your account shows the order’s current status.
